This warm, historic family-run premises in the charming Piazza San Matteo, inside a 15th-century building, was founded as a wine cellar at the end of the 19th century. In 1925, it passed into the hands of the Migone family, and today boasts a treasure trove of over 800 labels! This is also where the restaurant was born, with a cuisine that has maintained the origins of regional recipes while introducing a touch of innovation.
