Here, you can discover old regional recipes such as lettuce stuffed with broth and tripe, or classic fried fish and spaghetti with pesto, but also more original recipes such as fried ravioli (a kind of fried pasta that's absolutely divine) or calf's liver in vinegar sauce, all accompanied by an excellent wine list.
