There are not many vegan restaurants in Genoa, so you shouldn't miss this address, which is not strictly vegan but which offers plenty of gourmet ideas with or without meat. The team at Guiditta prepares dishes based on cereals, legumes, cooked or raw vegetables. We like the soft polenta, the spinach quiches, the penne with pesto, the hummus with focaccia, the panzerotti with wild herbs and Taggiasca olives, without forgetting the meatballs in the cabbage leaf or the fried fish. With this, a glass of local wine!
