Hotel residence in a bourgeois building, with comfortable rooms, some with balcony.

Between the Brignole train station and Piazza De Ferrari, a stone's throw from the Oriental Market, on the^third floor of a bourgeois building, a well kept hotel residence. The elevator, with its period grills, leads to spacious and comfortable rooms, some with balconies and a view of the city. The two brothers who welcome you are friendly and very professional. No breakfast but a very practical tea and coffee making facilities. Good value for money in Genoa!

The hotel is in great location , but the condition of it was soo bad and I’m not even that picky when it comes to hotels. The WiFi didn’t reach our room , the bathroom was shared with everyone even tho it said a private bathroom included. The rooms very just dark and dirty walls, had a problem with my bed because it was breaking and the reception didn’t do anything about it. The same with WiFi , they said it was my phone fault even tho a lady across my room complained about it as well. The AC and heating didn’t work either.
