Hotel residence in a bourgeois building, with comfortable rooms, some with balcony.

Between the Brignole train station and Piazza De Ferrari, a stone's throw from the Oriental Market, on thethird floor of a bourgeois building, a well kept hotel residence. The elevator, with its period grills, leads to spacious and comfortable rooms, some with balconies and a view of the city. The two brothers who welcome you are friendly and very professional. No breakfast but a very practical tea and coffee making facilities. Good value for money in Genoa!

Servizio non giudicabile, perché INESISTENTE. Camera che puzza di fumo e finestra che si chiude con difficoltà. Pulizia scarsissima con tende macchiate e lenzuola con peli. Bagno in comune rumoroso a causa di un trita scarichi, con tazza del wc rotta (da altre recensioni sembrerebbe addirittura da un anno e non da un giorno, come riferito dal gestore). L’unica cosa positiva è stata la posizione centrale nella città di Genova.
Sicuramente, mi spiace, ma non torneró mai più.

Me aloje dos noches en agosto y me cobraron doble la estadía apropósito . Hace dos meses que estoy esperando el reembolso y no me dan respuestas claras. Además las instalaciones no son como en la foto . De terror
