TAVERNA ZACCARIA
One of Genoa's favorite addresses, where the church square serves as an extension of the bar's terrace for aperitivo.
In the heart of the maze of alleys in the historic center, this address is well worth a visit. As unusual as it is picturesque, this old tavern is not lacking in charm. The main part takes place outside: on a small square, a few wooden tables, flowers and cushions to sit on on the church steps. Inside, stone vaults, candles and dusty bottle displays. Ataperitif time, you can order a beer, cocktail or glass of wine, along with a few hot and cold tapas to sink your teeth into.
