A few steps from the small square San Matteo, this charming cafe is frequented by many people, per fare the colazione (breakfast) and start the day! The atmosphere is friendly, warm and authentic. We're getting a little bit closer to getting a place, while the world's press at the counter. Cream or chocolate-filled croissants is delicious, as is the crostate di frutta (like strawberry or apricot tartelette) and le genovese. At noon you can also lunch on the spot (a little delight: bignè salati al pesto). Due to the numerous artisanal pastries (cakes, biscuits), the place is suitable for the break.
