A small museum with an old-fashioned charm located near the train station in Camogli.

Not far from the railway station, a small, slightly old-fashioned museum with old-fashioned charm preserves the memory of the village's long maritime tradition. Here you'll discover an interesting collection of model boats, miniature sailing ships in bottles, navigational instruments, ex-votos and marine objects bearing witness to Camogli's intense maritime activity in the 18th and 19th centuries. Among the most curious are Giuseppe Garibaldi's dagger, the model of his boat, and his correspondence with the mayor of Camogli, for whom the great man was a great admirer.

It is a bit hidden on the first floor of the elevato just in front of the station and it is open only in the afternoon but also on sunday in october. The best piece for me is The elettra model, The boat used by Marconi for His experiment.
