Open air museum with a Mediterranean terraced garden in Portofino.
Opened in the 1980s, this open-air museum is a haven of peace in Portofino. More than 190 sculptures by contemporary artists (including Man Ray, Daniel Spoerri, and Mimmo Rotella) can be found in this park, just a few steps from the ferry departure point; a terraced Mediterranean garden where rare plants grow and curious and strange statues have found a home. Very funny are the pink lemurs that look at the moored yachts, or this suspended rhinoceros that seems ready to collapse with all its weight on the pier.
