Private park of the luxurious Grand Hotel dei Castelli with a wonderful garden.

Today the private park of the luxurious Grand Hotel dei Castelli, this marvellous garden overlooking the sea occupies a large part of the Sestri promontory. Although access is unfortunately restricted to the hotel's lucky guests, it's worth remembering that in 1897, Guglielmo Marconi, the inventor of radio, conducted his first experiments with shortwave radio in the small tower at the highest point of the park!
