From Monterosso, an easy path climbs between the rocks to the promontory of San Cristoforo, the small hill that separates the old town of Monterosso to the east from the settlement of Fegina to the west. Here you'll find the 17th-century Capuchin convent, annexed to the church of San Francesco. You'll never tire of this magnificent panorama of cliffs sheer to the sea. As a family, this trail is ideal for younger visitors. Take good shoes though.
