Church preserving remarkable works in Monterosso al Mare.
Adjacent to the Capuchin convent on the San Cristoforo promontory, the church was consecrated in 1623 and features a black-and-white striped facade typical of the region's religious buildings. The interior, with its single nave, contains some remarkable works, including a Crucifixion attributed to Van Dyck, a painting by Bernardo Strozzi, a Penitent Saint Jerome and a Pietà attributed to Luca Cambiaso. On the church forecourt, the 1962 statue of St. Francis and the Wolf dominates the promontory.
