Church situated in the upper part of the village of Riomaggiore.
Located in the upper part of the village, the church dates back to 1340, but was completely rebuilt in neo-Gothic style in 1870 (with the exception of the original rose window) after the collapse of the original structure. The three-aisle interior features elegant pointed arches and two fine Gothic portals on the right aisle. Also of note is the wooden framework at vault level, and a remarkable marble pulpit.

Jolie petite église, je ne regrette pas de m'y être arrêté. Surprise car c'est un peu différant de ce que l'on trouve en france. Surtout au niveau de la lumière, c'est plus sombre surement pour protéger de la chaleur.
