Inn offering a local menu and homemade dishes in Pont-l’Évêque.
This beautiful listed inn is recognisable by its blue half-timbered walls. Under the beams, the menu declines the soil. The dishes are homemade and, in the kitchen, we like the plates to come back "cleaned": andouille terrine, black pudding tartlet and its apple fruit, snails from the Pré d’Auge, entrecote steak with Pontepiscopian sauce, Caen-style tripe compete for suggestions. Norman cheese and a gourmet dessert (an apple pie flambéed with calvados, of course!) as a final note. No, we don’t mess around with Normandy!
