Luxury, calm and serenity at La Chenevière, an 18th-century castle converted into a superb hotel combining classical rigour and modern comfort. Entirely restored, it houses a gastronomic restaurant, Le Botaniste, orchestrated by the chef Didier Robin, who is an unconditional fan of Normandy farm products that he works with passion. After dinner, the Zanzibar is another beautiful place to sip a cocktail. What can we say, except that nothing is missing, even the special offers to taste the life of a castle.
