El hotel es antiguo pero bastante bien cuidado y con carácter. La habitación estaba bien teníamos vistas al canal, el problema es que estábamos en la cuarta planta y no hay ascensor. Recomiendo alojarse aquí cuando vayan a Venecia, esta súper cerca de la Plaza de San Marco y la atención de la recepción es muy buena.

我们在这里连续吃了两天的早餐，因为下雨的原因，外间的天气又冷风又大，餐厅的terraza完美的解决了这一问题，有温暖又舒服。因为健身的原因我点了八个煎蛋，收了我15欧元????，这是我吃过最贵的煎蛋????！

Great location to every thing. Good shopping, architecture everywhere, historical buildings. The staff at hotel Pensione are wonderful. The breakfast is great. You truly feel as if you’ve stepped back in time. A gem!

A fantastic dining experience prepared by the chef/patron accompanied by excellent staff. Very tasty food and decently priced. Used by plently of locals on the night of our visit .We didn't stay at the hotel .

Disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Was charged a cover fee without any prior notice (service btw, isn’t included) and 4 euros for 2 glasses tap water! The food was lacked proper seasoning. Expected better quality for the price paid.

Hemos estado durante 4 dias en este hotel en una habitacion con vistas a la laguna 2 adultos con 2 adolescentes.
El tamaño de habitaciin correcto. Los dos niños con sus canas y nosotros una grande bastante comoda. El tamaño del labavo muy correcyo. Si le tuviera que poner una pega diria que al lavabo le haria falta una reforma en cuanto a los grifos, ya que son tan viejos que cuesta moverlos y regular temperatura.
El hotel no es apto para personas de movilidad reducida ya que tiene escaleras. Pero para nosotros no ha sido un problema.
En cuanto al servicio del hotel excelente. Nos han hecho la habitaciin cada dia, y nos han puesto siempre la calefaccion. Y que dwcir de la recepcion. Todo amabilidad! Todos y cada uno de ellos super amables, y han resuelto cualquier duda o inconveniente.
En especial Miguel, una bellisima persona, siempre es agradable encontrarte con buenas personas.
El almuerzo del hotel perfecto, ningun pero.
La ubicacion excelente, al lado de st marcos y delante del vaporetto st zacarias y de st Marco. Tambien para delante los alilaguna que van al aeropuerto.

Restaurant had excellent service. Food was wonderful. Did I say excellent service? The kitchen opens at 1900. The tables are in a warm outside enclosure. Cloth tablecloths and napkins. Would definitely come here to eat again.

Really poor service, check your bills as the staff is trying to cheat clients and would not apologies for cheating and lying. I would say, stay away from this place.
