We came here for a pasta cooking class, we were taught by Anna who was the best! She was so knowledgeable and patient and helped us towards making the best pasta we have ever eaten, and the free flowing wine and Tiramisu were amazing. The setting was beautiful and cost wise amazing too! Fully recommended, and one of the highlights of our honeymoon in Venice!

Inattentive and slow service, the customer is not interested here. As soon as we entered, we felt unwelcome. Pretty average food quality. The seafood was not cleaned properly and looked poor, the fish was too greasy and dry. I felt like I was in a canteen in some small village where anything goes... Worst experience in Venice. Disappointed. There are definitely better ones around.

Probably the best meal I had in Venice. Food is amazing with good value and portion. Staff are rather friendly and helpful and make good recommendations for wine. After speaking with a few locals, this restaurant is apparently well-known and often visited by locals, so it’s very Venetian. Recommend to make reservation which is very simple and straightforward.

Tolles Restaurant. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Speisen waren sehr lecker. Insbesondere der gemischte Vorspeisenteller war klasse. Der Wein war gut.
Der Service war sehr aufmerksam.

On a fait les meilleurs restaurants de Venise, et celui là reste sincèrement le meilleur au niveau goût et gourmand. Je vous conseille de venir ici.

Preis Leistung eher mager. Service könnte freundlicher sein. Hätte besser eine Pizza bestellt. Die Küche hatte nicht mal Knoblauch, und das in Italien.

Ottima cucina: primi e secondi di pesce ottimi, le pizze non sono davvero male, antipasti notevoli.
Location molto carina, adatta sia a famiglie con figli, cene con amici o anche una cena di coppia.
Un plauso alla gestione: attenta, professionale e cordiale. Complimenti!

Une salle de restaurant très agréable avec des serveurs à l'écoute et très sympathiques !
Les plats servis sont délicieux, notamment la pizza à la burrata et à la figue et les pâtes à la palourde et à l'ail.
Le restaurant se trouve près d'un petit canal ce qui donne au restaurant une ambiance authentique.

Excellent ! Restaurant atypique. Le personnel avec beaucoup d’humour et parle français ! Les plats étaient parfait mais alors le tiramisu je pense que c’est le meilleur de Venise ???? j’aurais aimé la recette pour la faire à la maison ???? mais bon on reviendra une prochaine fois !

The drinks are excellent and good priced. The service is good. Quick and the waiters are okay. The food however was a big disappointment. The kotlet was so skinny I barely saw any meat in it. Only breadcrumbs. Tasted kind of like mushroom. Maybe was made in the same pan with other dishes. The vegetable side was fennel. I just did not understand that how a root can be on a menu as vegetable. The french fries were good. I recommend the place only for drinks. The atmosphere was actually good. But for food I would rather go anywhere else.
The prices are unrealistic!

Controllate il conto prima di pagare. Un primo piatto sul menù a 18€ lo abbiamo pagato 20€. Purtroppo non abbiamo controllato subito e quando siamo ritornati il ristorante era chiuso.

Après plusieurs refus sans réservation, nous avons trouvés ce restaurant ! Menu varié, service rapide, bon restaurant de passage mais rien d'exceptionnel. A noter une belle carte de vin !

Cette taverne offre un bon rapport qualité / prix. De plus elle est très bien située pour visiter, avant ou après, la Galerie de l'Académie (Gallerie dell'Accademia).

Une excellente adresse très prisée à Venise

La Taverna Di San Trovaso est le restaurant où je reviens systématiquement à chacun de mes séjours à Venise (au moins une fois tous les 3 ans).Le rapport qualité prix est assez exceptionnel, le poisson frais est excellent (Bar, Turbot, ...), l'assiette mixte de poissons aussi, de même pour les plats de viande et les pâtes. Les plats sont servis généreusement, en revanche, j'ai constaté, lors de mon dernier séjour en janvier 2020, une petite baisse sur la qualité des pizzas qui étaient vraiment excellentes il y a quelques années, mais nettement moins succulentes cette année. Il vaut mieux réserver à l'avance car ce restaurant est souvent complet. Situé dans le très beau quartier sud de Venise Dordoduro, à 2 pas du pont de l'Académie et de l'église Santa Maria della Salute, cet établissement est incontournable pour qui veut déjeuner ou dîner avec un budget contenu, et sans rogner sur la qualité

Très bon restaurant dans le quartier de l'Academia. Carte bien fournie avec de nombreuses spécialités. Assiettes bien fournies et mets délicieux pour un rapport qualité/prix intéressant. Le personnel est très accueillant. Il est préférable de réserver.
