A charming restaurant with an open terrace overlooking Campo San Barnaba. Students and employees working in the area frequent it. It is an address that invites you to try innovative or more classic recipes, based on meat, fish or 100% vegetarian. The dishes vary every day according to the arrivals directly from the market. The owner's passion for wine, moreover, is not in doubt. The wines offered (some 150 references) are indeed capable of satisfying the most discerning palates.

Locale di buon gusto con parvenza di una cabina di nave e bellissimo affaccio sulla piazza. La proprieraria di origine lombarda e il personale sono molto gentili. Abbiamo scelto insieme al Prof Orsi,mio collega questo ristorante per il pranzo di un liceo di eccellenza. Si possono assaggiare piatti particolari della tradizione veneziana come scampi e sarde in saor,il celeberrimo fegato tenero e leggero,frittura di pesce e verdure di laguna con la salicornia. Buonissimi anche i dolci ,alcuni di antica origine locale d,non ultimo l'amaro veneziano. Il giudizio del gruppo classe ,mio personale e del Prof Orsi è ottimo. È raro trovare a Venezia luoghi così attenti alla tradizione e con menù molto interessante. Prof. Paleari Milano,Liceo Berchet.

We were party of 5 and every dish we ordered was really tasty, big and, most importantly, authentic and not adjusted to tourists’ tastes. Fried baby calamari was absolutely fantastic. And most of all, the staff was amazing - very welcoming, cheerful and helpful. Would come back just for them, but it helps that the food is delicious!

First time in Venice and this has been quite a pleasant experience. We arrived to our hotel late in the evening with very little hope to get proper food. To our surprise this cosy restaurant was not fully booked and welcomed 3 hungry tourists with proper Italian hospitality. Would recommend scallops as a starter and traditional tiramisu for dessert. Pay attention to the interior which has a lot of interesting details. Our waiter was a lovely lady, unfortunately I didn’t ask for her name, but she made our visit very special. Overall 5 stars experience
