Welcome to this restaurant of all superlatives, rewarded by a loyal clientele. Nine tables in a décor of brick and Murano glass. This is the basis of Gianni Bonaccorsi's work to make you spend a delicious moment. Add to that top-of-the-line products, some dishes as curious as sophisticated, such as sole with endives and bergamot, scallops with carrots and smoked black tea, turbot with juniper berries, mandarin and chicory, and hazelnut and pumpkin confit shortbread...
