The restaurant is located in an old sacristy that until ten years ago housed the art gallery of a famous master glassmaker. In the kitchen, apart from the traditional pizzas, which are counted by the dozens, the owner Giuseppe Calliandro reappropriates almost all the treasures of local cuisine, such as Venetian liver served with polenta, cannelloni with Doge or scampi alla busera. Whatever you order, your plate will be deliberately generous. The wine list is also qualitative. Good reception in addition.

What a great restaurant! Excellent in every way and such reasonable prices! Away from some of the crowds which is nice, yet still easy to get to.

We loved this restaurant. It learned about it from an ex-gondolier who we met while in. Venice. The owner, and the staff, were friendly and helpful. The food was great. Our kids also loved the food and decor. It was nice to find a place in Venice that was actually owned by a Venetian.
