Right next to the La Fenice theater, this establishment stands out for its elegance and the quality of its service. Its history is the stuff of legend: frequented as early as 1720, it became America's favorite café in 1945. Closer to home, Sir Elton John and Maria Callas have spoken highly of it! Big names in Venetian culture visit regularly and its romantic atmosphere, in a small, quiet square (on days when there are no performances at La Fenice), will make for a delightful evening. The "risotto dello chef" is a must.

Amazing atmosphere, food and services! I truly recommend the asparagus soup, Costolette d’agnello alla griglia con carotine allo zenzero e purè , Tagliata di Angus al rosmarino and tiramisu. If you are in Venice this is a must !!

Tutto perfetto dalla A alla Z. La sala con i quadri di Cherubini stupendi. Il cibo ti porta in un altra dimensione. Super consigliato tornerei a venezia dalla toscana solo per rimangiare qui.
