Street food Venetian-style, as Alvise, the talented young chef, offers his customers the lagoon's culinary specialties in takeaway formulas. Vegetables and slices of polenta give way to calamari, shrimp and fried anchovies, followed by marinated sardines, octopus and potato salad, cod brandade and other dishes of the day.
