The most famous rotisserie in the lagoon. Exquisite specialities, on the spot or to take away, in a good-natured atmosphere.

Rosticceria Gislon has been a familiar sight to Venetians since 1938. It distills a rich counter of specialties such as mozzarella in carrozza with anchovies and, above all, prosciutto (ham), which is the brand's trademark. You can also enjoy arancini, baccalà mantecato (one of the best in town), spaghetti with clams and other traditional Venetian specialties. Lunch or dinner is served on site, either self-service on the first floor or at a table upstairs.

I couldn't imagine that such a good service and amazing taste can be had at such a low price. The restaurant is also very comfortable. I was just passing by, but I unexpectedly found the best breakfast restaurant in Venice.
