At number 3569 of the San Marco district, where a sumptuous residence was once housed in a whole floor, the apartments were decorated with splendid apartments reminding the old testament of the Serenity. Completed in April 2012, they were recently renovated. All rooms have independent heating and air conditioning and are equipped with all the comforts necessary to spend pleasant holidays (sofa beds with latex orthopedic mattresses, bathroom with shower cabin, towel dryer, bidet, equipped kitchen, TV with over 100 international channels, free Wi-Fi internet access). With areas ranging from 50 to 75 m 2, these apartments are very clear, and their high ceilings (more than 4 meters!) highlight the masterpieces of the Venetian masters.
