Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo per Venezia. Umberto molto gentile e dà ottimi consigli. Camera pulita. Biscottini con tè e caffè offerti in mattinata.

La habitación es muy reducida al igual que el baño. Si tiene problemas para subir o eres obesidad va a tener problemas para entrar al baño. Por las noches apagan el aire acondicionado aunque abren las ventanas. El servicio es muy bueno, tiene café disponible. La ubicación es excelente y solo por eso volvería a repetir.

We back 4 night in accommodation Espresso and it was a real delight.
A warm welcome by Hugh as from the exit of the vaporetto, small advice to spot in the city before arriving at the studio and sharing good local addresses.
Accommodation pleasant, comfortable, clean and very well located (5 minutes from the Rialto bridge, 10 minutes from San Marco in central Venice). The price at reasonable.
Great advantage of this type of accommodation: the kitchen area, small but functional.
