Achtung bei Direktbuchungen ! Leider wurde eine Reservierung trotz EMail Bestätigung nicht durchgeführt. Zum Glück ein paar Tage vorher nach CheckIn Möglichkeiten gefragt, dabei kam lapidar zurück „Oh, die Buchung haben wir leider vergessen, jetzt sind wir ausgebucht“. Auf Nachfrage wurde dann gar nicht mehr reagiert. Schlechteren Service hab ich noch nie erlebt !

Amazing staff and perfect room! I’d highly recommend staying here if you come to Venice - it is a lovely, slightly quieter area but still walking distance to everything. The staff were so friendly and really helpful with instructions and put on a great breakfast buffet with fresh coffee and juice.
The room was just as it looked in the pictures, if not better and has everything you need. Just before we checked out we enjoyed a coffee on the roof terrace. It was my birthday when we arrived and the staff kindly arranged a cake for us which was left in the kitchen (price added to the bill). Couldn’t fault it, 5 stars.

Расположение лучше не придумать, всё очень близко , центр совсем рядом
Я была очень рада жить именно в этом отеле и если вернусь в Венецию, то выберу его снова ❤️
