The hotel's lush garden, former headquarters of the French Embassy, alone would deserve a stay in this discreet palace.
A 5-star hotel set in a 15th century palace that once housed the French embassy. The lobby is simply sumptuous. In the rooms, Venetian elegance and top-of-the-line comfort. Breakfast is served on sunny days in the private garden, said to be one of the oldest in the city. For lunch and dinner, sit down at the Il Giardino Segreto restaurant. The La Voga bar is also open. Shuttle service to St. Mark's Square on request.

Brilliant customer service on arrival. We paid a high fee for 4 nights with child in early April 2024. Breakfast is €25 per person.
We stayed in the junior suite (403). A lovely balcony top floor room. The sink in the bathroom is strange as ½ of it is enclosed under a mirror. The shower tap was broken, but usable. Very hot on demand ????
The views are lovely as is the hotel gardens! It is a 3-minute walk from the boat station.
No bottled water in the room! ????
A bit disappointing to check out with a double bar bill; hopefully will be rectified soon.
Nous avons adoré l'accueil, les petites attentions ainsi que l'hôtel en lui même : tout était très beau, très propre, la chambre était très spacieuse !
Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et très riche !
Le parc/jardin de l'hôtel est magnifique, et l'hôtel possède une vraie histoire, ce qui le rend encore plus beau.
Le personnel était adorable et aux petit soin de ses clients. Toujours avec le sourire, nous avons été très bien reçu !
Merci beaucoup, nous avons adoré notre séjour à Venise et nous reviendront :)
