Väldigt oengagerad personal i receptionen. Halt golv i receptionen. Ofräsch matta i rummet. Trångt rum. Rekommenderar inte detta hotell.

We accidently booked the wrong person per room and Andrea B (sorry didn't get her full name) changed it without any issues, she was very helpful and friendly.
