13 small but comfortable rooms, some with views of the Grand Canal. Bar in the hotel. Very close to the train station. The staff is nice, even if we found that the prices are a little excessive compared to the benefit. Breakfast is rather medium. The croissants could be more fresh.

Appena siamo arrivati nella reception siamo stati accolti da un ragazzo che non parlava italiano e zoppicava pure in inglese. Tramite Google translate siamo riusciti a capire che dovevamo alloggiare nell'hotel affianco. Il locale era vecchio, freddo e molto pericolante. Le mattonelle si staccavano solo camminandoci sopra.il bagno in camera era a rischio folgotazione anche solo accendendo la luce. Il bagno in comune era pieno di carta igienica e di sporcizia. L'impianto doccia non era collegato. In camera abbiamo notato subito che mancava il telecomando del condizionatore e andando di nuovo in reception il ragazzo ci ha spiegato che il condizionatore funzionava solo per l'aria fredda. Non funzionava neppure il riscaldamento. Abbiamo chiesto di parlare telefonicamente col "responsabile" dell'hotel, il quale si è rivolto a noi dicendoci che "stavamo rompendo il caxxo e di non rompere più i coglioxxi". Alla fine della discussione non siamo riusciti a trovare un altro hotel perché erano le 21. Posto da evitare assolutamente.
