Very nice location, close of everything like, trains station and bus, the hotel it’s in front the canal and you have a nice view, also the dinner is included they serve a lot of food and it’s good

Stayed here for one night in Venice. Location is next to the train station which is the only plus really. Arrived with no one at reception and the restaurant next door had to let me in. Broken window in my room, broken shower and the room stank of stale smoke. Came down in the morning to bin bags piled up in the open doorway and still no one at reception. Was in and out of there as quickly as possible.

Non distante dalla stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia anche se bisogna attraversare alcuni ponticelli con scalette, stanza pulita e silenziosa con aria condizionata con vista carina. La pizza presso la pizzeria Alle Lance, compresa nel pernottamento, troppo bruciata e da dimenticare.

En cuanto al hotel un desastre de organización. Se supone que puedes entrar a las 14:00, llegamos y la habitación sin hacer; nos cambiaron a otra que en las dos noches que estuvimos nadie pasó por allí a limpiarla
¡¡Un desastre!!
