Located in a small Venetian courtyard and close to La Fenice theatre, this former bourgeois residence became a warm and elegant hotel in 1959 thanks to the Sereni family. The 20 rooms combine Venetian decoration with precious th-century style fabrics, and all the necessary comforts (air conditioning, TV, minibar and Wi-Fi internet throughout the hotel). The staff, very available, speak French. On the second floor there is a beautiful living room overlooking the canal, Scala Contarini Bovolo and La Fenice theatre.

Hotel típico de Venecia, con mobiliario ya antiguo pero que le da un toque rococó. Su ubicación es lo mejor, ya que está en una zona tranquila, pero sus habitaciones son muy pequeñas, el baño muy incómodo y los colchones de muelles demoledores si vas a estar varios días. El personal es agradable y el bufet del desayuno muy pobre. También indicar que no tiene ascensor y tienes que subir por la escalera hasta tu planta. Después de un día de pateo por Venecia, no es lo que mejor te sienta al llegar a descansar. Algunas habitaciones tienen sus ventanales a un pequeño canal, que es lo mejor del hotel. Tambien a destacar la limpieza de todo el Hotel. Es de las pocas veces que voy a un hotel, que al terminar mi estancia, tengo mis zapatillas de andar por casa, con la suela completamente limpia. Mil gracias a la mujer de la limpieza y que hace las habitaciones. Un trabajo ejemplar, felicitarla de nuestra parte.

Es un lugar mágico, en un rincón cerca de todo, entras a un antiguo palacio, con arañas de cristal y cortinas que te trasladan a otros tiempos. Con una buena calidad de todo . Caja fuerte y heladera en la habitación. Muy rico el desayuno. Cerca de todo, y la atención del personal, excelente! Amables, correctos y bien predispuestos! Volvería sin duda. Desde la habitación la vista era a un canal por donde paseaban las góndolas… escucharlos cantar y verlos pasar… simplemente mágico!!

小小而溫馨的飯店，位置很棒，服務也很好，早餐很好吃；離開那天早上因為要搭很早的火車，沒辦法用早餐，飯店很貼心地幫我們準備外帶一袋讓我們在車上吃。

Lovely and warm hotel has a great location, good service and delicious breakfast.
On the morning of checking out, because we had to take an early train, we couldn't eat breakfast at hotel.
They were very considerate to help us prepare a bag to eat in the train.
