A small hotel located next to Palazzo Grassi with clean and well-equipped rooms.

A small hotel of 10 rooms run by a French woman and located a few hundred meters from Palazzo Grassi, in one of the few quiet parts of San Marco. The atmosphere is warm. The hall is both full of history and unusual, with old sewing machines on display. The reception is on the first floor. You will be welcomed with a smile. The rooms are clean and well-equipped; the doubles and triples have private bathrooms while the singles share common bathrooms.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits au sein de cet hôtel durant notre séjour à Venise.
Nous avons pris la chambre standard avec la salle de bain sur le palier.
On a beaucoup apprécié le style de l’établissement. En effet, la chambre et les parties communes ont beaucoup de charmes.
L’hôtel est en plein centre de Venise, ce qui est très pratique pour visiter les lieux incontournables. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de prendre le vaporetto et avons donc économisé pas mal d’argent.
En bref, je recommande absolument cet hôtel.

Отличная гостишка за свою стоимость в Венеции, где все оверпрайс. Удобное месторасположение, бесплатный кофе и чай. Номер нужно брать с отдельным туалетом и ванной. Немного удивило наличие берушей в номере, но потом стало понятно) Очень сильная слышимость, понятно чем и когда занимаются соседи.

Solo travelled in October 2022. Felt really safe. No a/c but in Oct. it was perfect weather and a/c wasn't needed. Single room had windows. Good Wi-Fi in the rooms. Old furniture and old building but clean rooms and beddings. Has a bit of an old smell when you go into the building but it's because it is an older building. Shared shower and bathroom were clean. Shower area is kind of small to dry in. Two bathrooms on the floor (one with the shower). Shared the shower and bathroom w/ 4 rooms on my floor. Not a big room but great location in Venice and it's Italy so you're going to be out the entire day.

Pros: Safe and walking distance to main attractions. 11 mins. to Plaza San Marco or the Rialto Bridge. 19 mins. to the train station. Sink and mirror in the room.

Cons: Older building and shared bathroom/shower.
