We love La Residenza and have stayed here 3 times. It is located in a beautiful 15th century palace on a quiet piazza near St. Mark’s. The lobby and dining room have beautiful plasterwork on the walls and ceiling, Murano chandeliers, antique furniture and oriental rugs. The room are comfortable, nicely decorated and have modern bathrooms. The breakfast buffet has expanded since the past and offers plenty of choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We love the beauty of the hotel and its great location. Definitely recommend it and will be coming back.
