A church with 14th century frescoes and a remarkable chapel in Venice.
This 11th century Gothic church was rebuilt during the Renaissance by Alessandro Vittoria, who preserved the original walls and was able to save some of the 14th century frescoes that it housed. Inside, in the Corner Chapel, the decoration embodies the genius of the painter Giambattista Tiepolo. As for the brick bell tower, with a golden dial marking the 24 hours of the day, it overlooks the Campo Santi Apostoli from its 47 meters high.
