With its sublime interior decoration, this palace dedicated to the 18th century reflects the decadent splendour of Venice in the Age of Enlightenment.

In this sumptuous 18th-century palazzo, a monumental staircase leads to the second floor, where you'll find a ballroom adorned with frescoes, trompe-l'œil and sculpted furniture. The succession of rooms, salons and boudoirs includes three rooms masterfully decorated by Gianbattista and Giandomenico Tiepolo. The Pinacoteca houses works by the Venetian school, including Guardi, Canaletto and Pietro Longhi, as well as further frescoes by Tiepolo. The top floor features an 18th-century pharmacy and a charming puppet theater.

4.5 / 5 , your must-see on a rainy day.

For €10 , you get about 2-hour worth of high quality experience. Exhibits are refined, the building is beautiful, and the ceilings are fascinating - unique, even.
All art is classic, so if you have aversion to "modern art", don't worry.

Staff is friendly and polite.
On good weather, the garden is nice too.

Only room for improvement: make the audio guide complementary rather than requiring additional pay.
