Spiral staircase around a tower, like a snail's shell, offering a panoramic view of the roofs of Venice.
Hidden in a maze of alleyways, the bovolo staircase (Venetian for "snail") impresses with its spiral shape that wraps around a tower. Built in 1499, it alternates balustrades and arches in white stone and red brick. As you climb up, you'll discover a unique panoramic view over the rooftops of Venice. On the second level, the loggia houses a small collection of paintings, adding an artistic charm to this remarkable building.

Beautiful architecture but a little expensive for a view over the roofs more than anything else. Combined ticket with Viva Vivaldi interesting. Otherwise, enjoy the view of the Palazzo, the building is superb and it is free.
