PIEVE DI SANT' ANDREA
Parochial church, of Romanesque style, with remarkable frescoes to Vittorio Veneto.
To the south-west of the medieval quarter of Serravalle, at the crossroads of two ancient Latin streets, there is a 14th-century parish church (it was consecrated in July 1303 by the Patriarchate of Grado). Erected in Romanesque style, it has a single nave and four Renaissance aediculae. The presbytery, slightly offset from the central body, symbolizes the head of Christ reclining on the cross. Inside, twenty-five frescoes by local artists, including Francesco Da Milano, bear witness to popular devotion.
