Palace exhibiting municipal collections including paintings by Venetian painters and sculptures by Andrea Brustolon.
This beautiful palace houses the municipal collections. Among the paintings from the 15th to the 20th century, regional artists and some of the greats of Venetian painting are on display, including Jacopo da Montagnana (1450-1523), Palma the Younger (1544-1628), Matteo Cesa (1425-1495) and Sebastiano Ricci (1659-1734). Also, sculptures of great finesse by Andrea Brustolon (1662-1732), known as the Michelangelo of wood for his outstanding talent. Bronzes, medals and ancient manuscripts complete the tour. An archaeological section is kept in the Palazzo dei Giuristi.
