A beautiful parish church with beautiful stucco and frescoes in Cortina d'Ampezzo.
A real jewel in the heart of Cortina that deserves a stop. This parish church (1769-1775) bears the stamp of a rich and elegant baroque without being overloaded. The single nave is decorated with stucco and frescoes; a wooden tabernacle (by the artist Andrea Brustolon) and an altarpiece from 1679 are also remarkable. The bell tower is as charming as the station itself. Under its spire, a corridor offers a wide panorama of the mountains.
