Alain Ducasse's first restaurant in Italy, now under the leadership of chef Enrico Bartolini, awarded a Michelin star for his demanding, generous cuisine. With seating for up to 100 guests, this large trattoria occupies the barn of a charming residence, formerly owned by the Duke of Tuscany, in the heart of a vast 500-hectare vineyard. Very good restaurant in the forests of Tuscany. The chef is creative and passionate, and you feel it in the dishes. The personnel is very nice and the location is just wonderful. You'll dine in the middle of the countryside with nothing around.

Una serata indimenticabile. Personale molto professionale. E possibile ordinare alla card oppure menù di degustazione. Tutto molto buono, diverse sorprese dalla cucina come aperitivo e cioccolatini. Sembra da 2 stelle Michelin.

Nice Michelin restaurant. 8-10 table, distant from each other, quiet and relaxed. A dinner with wine for 3 people was about 1.000 euro.

La cosa che mi permetto di consigliare e’ di aggiornare il menu’ e la carta vini sul sito, consultarli, come ho fatto io, significa perdere tempo considerato che non sono aggiornato nei prezzi e nelle referenze

Il personale in sala e’ cortese e competente, anche se più di una volta sono stato tentato di servirmi il vino da solo ( è anche vero che i miei sorsi sono abbastanza frequenti ) molta attenzione ai lievitati;

La ricerca del contrasto dolce/salato, frutto dell’esperienza Brasiliana dello chef, per il mio gusto, in alcuni piatti risultava essere squilibrata ed in generale un po’ ripetitiva, altri piatti molto buoni;

Quello che mi ha sorpreso e’ stata, appunto, l’impronta così peculiare dell’executive chef, leggendo il nome del Ristorante ‘La Trattoria Enrico Bartolini’ mi aspettavo un imprinting più specifico dello chef pluristellato.
