A fresh and frank local cuisine, recipes from the heritage of the Italian culinary tradition, such as bucatini all'amatriciana, pancotto (bread soup) with olives, cream and parmesan. The best thing about this establishment is that it uses only green electricity, 100% obtained from renewable energy. You can even recharge your electric car. Just one word: book!
