What to say? Spectacular place for novelle cuisine. He likes to experiment and you can see immediately from the menu with cow brain and chicken interiore with local Products. Also he invites you to taste olive oil that is very good in area together with Wine. I took the menu contatto At 55 euro with Two dishes to choose in a menu and one glass of Wine together with some tasteful per-dishes. Divine, he was the first one that i Heard in italy to try this type of cuisine and in a place not very known like Baschi that is by the way My Mother birth place. Bravooo
