Like little jewel cases, the galettes and crêpes house the savoury and sweet flavours of local producers, whom owners Corinne and Stéphane have made their exclusive suppliers. Fruit and vegetables from Jardin de Saint-Aubin, flour from Moulin de Tibo et Caro, cream from Isigny, ice cream from Ferme de la Haizerie, shortbread from Asnelles, cider from Ferme de Billy... De passage pour un week à 2 nous avons trouvée ce restaurant sympatique en bord de mer. plat près copieux, accueil très chaleureux, toujours au petit soins pour ces clients, prix abordable pour la qualité des produits. sans doute la meilleure crêperie de normandie . Je recommande fortement les yeux fermer cette crêperie.
