J ai decouvert cette superbe maison fin 19 ème, située sur la digue de St Aubin, accès direct à la mer, entièrement restaurée avec beaucoup de goût et de confort, 3 appartements sur 3 étages.
Le propriétaire est charmant et disponible.
idealement situé près de Caen, Ouistreham, le Mont St Michel, pour découvrir la region qui ne manque pas d'attaits.
