CHILTERN FIREHOUSE
Cuisine of chef Nuno Mendos in a Michelin star restaurant in a hotel in central London.
It all started with an idea from André Balasz, a daring hotel entrepreneur specializing in luxury hotels in the United States. He decided to locate his central London hotel in a former fire station built in 1889. This red-brick Victorian house, with its fireplaces, mullioned windows and stone turrets, provides an original setting for this superior establishment and its renowned restaurant. Even if you're not staying here, it's well worth a visit. You can have a drink and lunch while admiring the scenery.

Lastly if you want to change table; the rude and funny waitress asked me to speak to the manager. Then, I asked her to speak to her manager as I am supposed to be a customer.
Such nice ambiance on the highway to the bottom with worst service team.
We had octopus which was 5 stars then we shared a place of pork ribeye on the bone again delicious. They also have 48hrs marinated chicken which is special.
My wife had some virgin cocktails and it was very impressive!
Price is £££££ but it’s worth the experience on a special occasion
I will certainly come back.
