CHILTERN FIREHOUSE
Cuisine of chef Nuno Mendos in a Michelin star restaurant in a hotel in central London.
It all started with an idea from André Balasz, a daring hotel entrepreneur specializing in luxury hotels in the United States. He decided to locate his central London hotel in a former fire station built in 1889. This red-brick Victorian house, with its fireplaces, mullioned windows and stone turrets, provides an original setting for this superior establishment and its renowned restaurant. Even if you're not staying here, it's well worth a visit. You can have a drink and lunch while admiring the scenery.

I don’t know the name of the person (she is quite corpulent). I liked this place before and I was a frequent guest but I will never come again.
