Henrietta Hotel is a charming little boutique hotel, cosy, in the heart of the theatre district and with a design and retro decoration.
Henrietta Hotel is located in the heart of the theater district, where London's life is in full swing. As a result, it has an incredible range of restaurants within easy reach. It is the first London hotel of the Experimental Group, a Parisian collective with cocktail and wine bars and bistros around the world. The decor is inspired by Italian design and retro. The rooms were designed by Dorothé Meilichzon. We love the bathrooms, pink and marble, and the soft beds. A small, cosy boutique hotel with 40 rooms.

The full English was excellent mind you.
Chambre très confortable et sa salle de bains est spatieuse.
Une mention particulière pour la literie! Le lit : un vrai nuage!
Please avoid walk-ins to “Miracle” pop up unless you like being treated poorly:
Me and my friends walked-in henrietta hotel, we were promised update on the table within 5 mins for Miracle bar. After 30 min of waiting, a tall dark shoulder-length hair women impatiently approached us and told us abruptly (no greeting, no explanation): “you can go upstairs for 20 min only and leave”, we were baffled and answered: “20 min is too short”, the women just impatiently turned around and walked away (again no explanation), while leaving she loudly told another male employee: “tell them they need to wait another 30 min or leave”.
We are so disappointed. Why were we treated this way? Do you think you can explain to the employee above that talking to customers this way is not acceptable?
