HENRIETTA HOTEL
Henrietta Hotel is a charming little boutique hotel, cosy, in the heart of the theatre district and with a design and retro decoration.
Henrietta Hotel is located in the heart of the theater district, where London's life is in full swing. As a result, it has an incredible range of restaurants within easy reach. It is the first London hotel of the Experimental Group, a Parisian collective with cocktail and wine bars and bistros around the world. The decor is inspired by Italian design and retro. The rooms were designed by Dorothé Meilichzon. We love the bathrooms, pink and marble, and the soft beds. A small, cosy boutique hotel with 40 rooms.

lots of lovely little touches like the evening turndown service with snacks. we especially loved the in-room radio set to "smooth chill," and we've been streaming it at home all the way in new york ever since we returned home. housekeeping was fantastic, too. we had breakfast and drinks at the hotel bar, and both were wonderful and the staff was fabulous.
the location is ideal for sightseeing and the market just steps away was so nice. what a charming neighborhood! our room faced the street so we did hear quite a bit of noise during the day, but it was quiet enough at night to not disturb our sleep.
also, pro tip if you arrive late or find yourself in need of a late-night nosh: we couldn't find a single kitchen open around 11pm on our arrival night, and the staff later told us that we could've ordered delivery to the room, so we did skip dinner unintentionally. not a knock on this hotel at all, just worth noting for other visitors to the area who might not be aware.
i hope to return again someday!
The room was comfortable and cute, but not worth the price compared to the experiences we were able to get elsewhere in London.
This is nitpicking, but it didn’t feel like their hospitality was special or stood out. We attempted to check-in two hours early, and they only allowed us to drop our bags off—which was fine, but they never called to say the room was available as they mentioned in they would. We then showed up an hour after the check-in time, and they still weren’t sure the room was available. Little things, like only having enough coffee for one night without needing to ask for more, and having a note in the room made out to the prior guest, not us — just made the experience feel not particularly nice. Wouldn’t stay here again. The area was also quite touristy which I hadn’t realized upon booking, and that’s my bad, but also added to it just not being a great stay for the price.
