ST. GAITIAN CHURCH
This church has beautiful stained glass windows from the 19th century, a stone statue of the Virgin and Child from the 16th century...
In the heart of Saint-Gatien-des-Bois, here is a monument that does not lack elegance! The church, of great width, was built in the 15th and 16th centuries, but its choir was rebuilt in the 18th century. Its bell tower-porch, dominated by three bells, rises on three levels. Its façade is supported by six protruding buttresses. Inside, there are beautiful stained glass windows from the 19th century that decorate the choir, a stone statue of the Virgin and Child from the 16th century, as well as other statues of Saint Gilles, Saint Sebastian, a bishop and a wooden Christ.
