SAINT-LAURENT-SUR-MER BEACH
A busy sandy beach in the summer, an ideal historical site for swimming and sunbathing in Saint-Laurent-sur-Mer.
This beach is part of Omaha Beach, which stretches over 6 km of fine sand from Colleville-sur-Mer in the east to Vierville-sur-Mer in the west. A historic beach, therefore, the scene of the D-Day landings in June 1944, but which today has other stories to tell. As probably those you will experience this summer, between sunbathing and sandcastle competitions. Saint-Laurent-sur-Mer is a lively and busy beach in summer, where children’s games and swimming are the key words.
